We are regularly asked ‘what made us open Elizabeth George & what’s behind the name?’ Opening a Bridal boutique had been a childhood dream & we have been lucky enough to fulfil our dreams. We absolutely love owning the shop! We have such a good team here & work so well together to ensure everything is perfect for you, from the initial appointment, to when you collect your dress before your day. There is literally nothing better than seeing a girl’s face when they find the dress of their dreams. The shop is named after our late Grandparents, Elizabeth & George.
Brides love our relaxed approach to dress shopping, we want to make all of our brides as comfortable as possible and make sure that you enjoy your experience. First we listen, understand your plans, your dreams, your ideas and we take it from there. We are on hand to offer suggestions on styles but we empower you to make the decision. Your dress is more than just how you look, it’s also about how you feel. There are many trials and tribulations when organising a wedding, but with Elizabeth George buying your dress isn’t one of them.

The fit of your dress is so important and we have the most amazing in-house seamstress, who will make sure that your dress is everything that you wanted it to be! We start bridal fittings 6-8 weeks before your big day and subsequent fittings will follow to make sure that it fits perfectly on you.
