Delivery on our gowns is around 5 months. For any last-minute brides, we can get some dresses on a rush delivery or we have our off-the-peg room.

Helen is our amazing in-house seamstress. We usually look to start altering your dress around 8 weeks before your big day, then subsequent fittings will follow to make sure that the fit of your gown is perfect on the day.

We open 10am-5pm Monday to Friday

Saturday 9am-4.30pm

We can do a late night on a Wednesday upon request.

We have a huge range of bridesmaid’s dresses that are all available in lots of different fabrics, colours, and sizes. You’re best off looking for your bridesmaid’s dresses once you have found your dress, as its best to find something that will complement the colour/style of your bridal gown.

We can store your gown for you until your big day. Brides usually collect their dresses 1-2 days before their wedding day and will we have everything steamed and ready to go.

We do get busy, so run on an appointment only basis. We want to make sure that we give each bride enough time to fully research what it is that you want from your gown, giving you enough time to try on all different styles.

We require a 50% deposit at the point of ordering and then the remaining balance is due within 2 weeks after your dress arrives.

We would advise you to wear seamless, nude knickers. Due to wedding dresses being so heavily boned and padded, you will generally not need to bra when trying – we will give you our privacy in our private changing room.

We recommend to bring those that know you the best! Generally up to 3 is a good number, but you can bring more if needed. Some brides visit on their own which is also ok, we are always here to help.
